Information we receive

When you contact us. Calls and emails may include your name, phone number, email address, installation address, appliance models, project photos, scheduling needs and anything else you choose to share. We use these details to answer your inquiry, review the work, arrange an installation and provide related service support—not for marketing.

When you browse. Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. It processes technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, device/browser information, request times and security events to operate the site and help prevent abuse.

The website currently has no online callback form, customer account registration or payment checkout. Please do not email passwords, payment-card details, government identification or other sensitive information.

Cookies & optional analytics

Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics load only after you choose Allow analytics. They help us understand which pages are useful, spot errors and improve the browsing experience.

• Google Analytics measures visits, page activity, traffic sources and device/browser information. Our configuration disables Google signals and advertising-personalization features.
• Microsoft Clarity uses interaction data, heatmaps and session replay to show how people browse and where the site is difficult to use. Replay records website interactions, not camera or microphone recordings. Our consent controller sends advertising-storage consent as denied.

These services may use identifiers and cookies, including Google’s _ga cookies and Clarity’s _clck and _clsk. Microsoft and Google may process received information for purposes described in their own policies, including service improvement and advertising-related purposes where applicable. Our customer-information policy above does not replace those providers’ policies.

Your analytics choice is remembered in this browser’s local storage for up to 180 days. Security-related Cloudflare cookies may be used independently of optional analytics.

You stay in control

Use Analytics preferences in the footer, or the button below, to allow or decline analytics at any time. Declining stops future optional analytics on this browser and clears the known first-party analytics cookies that the site can access. It does not erase information already received by a provider.

If your browser sends Global Privacy Control (GPC), our consent controller keeps Google Analytics and Clarity disabled, even if an earlier choice allowed them. The older Do Not Track setting does not separately change the site’s behavior; use GPC or the analytics controls. Choices apply to the current browser, so check other browsers or devices separately.

Service providers & other sites

Hosting/security, analytics and email/phone providers process information needed to deliver their services. We do not sell or rent your customer details. Provider processing and storage may take place outside your state or country.

Links to Yelp, manufacturer websites and other services take you to sites with their own privacy practices. A call or email link opens your chosen phone or email app; it does not submit a website form.

Retention & security

How long information is kept depends on the type of record, service needs and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Analytics and security providers have their own retention settings and policies. Contact us about a particular record or a deletion request; we may need to retain information where required by law.

The site uses HTTPS and security controls, but no website, email service or storage system can promise absolute security. Only share information needed for your project. Clearing your browser’s site data removes the locally stored analytics preference; it does not delete records held by us or a provider.

This website is intended for people arranging appliance installation, not for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review it.
